ACP Designs Warranty Policy

At ACP Designs, we take pride in the quality and durability of our workmanship and materials. To provide our clients with peace of mind, we offer comprehensive warranties on our services and products.

Workmanship Warranty

Coverage: Our workmanship warranty covers any defects or issues arising from our installation process for a period of 1 year from the completion date of the project.

Scope: This warranty includes repairs or replacements necessary due to improper installation or workmanship.

Materials Warranty

Coverage: Materials used in your project are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and specific terms of these warranties vary by manufacturer.

Scope: This warranty covers defects in the materials used for your project as specified by the manufacturer. ACP Designs will assist in facilitating any claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, storms)
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs made by third parties without ACP Designs’ approval

Note: All warranty claims are subject to an inspection by an ACP Designs representative to determine the cause and extent of the issue.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the services and products. ACP Designs’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials, as determined by us.

Additional Information

• No Coverage for Natural Disasters: This warranty does not include damages from natural disasters, ensuring clarity on the exclusions.
• Non-Coverage of Wear and Tear: Regular maintenance and care are crucial as the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear.
• Modification Clause: Unauthorized modifications void the warranty, emphasizing the need for professional handling by ACP Designs.

1-2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

ACP Designs grants the original owner a 1-2 year non-transferable warranty on the ACP Designs decorative surfacing system against defective material. This warranty extends to bond failure such as chipping, flaking, and peeling. The warranty is for the replacement of material only and does not cover any labor. The applicator warranties any labor or installation failure. Subject to Exclusions and Limitations.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

• Damages caused by customer neglect, abuse, or lack of reasonable care.
• ACP Designs is not responsible or liable for damages caused by expansive soil, earth movement, landscape drainage problems, Alkali-Silica reaction (A.S.R.), efflorescence, any problems with the substrate not being structurally sound, or acts of God.
• Installation not consistent with ACP Designs training manual.
• Combining other manufacturers’ products with ACP Designs products.
• Product not sold through an ACP Designs authorized distributor.
• Product installed when temperatures are below 45 degrees F or above 95 degrees F.
• When ACP Designs surfaces become wet less than 7 days after installation due to precipitation, sprinklers, or any other circumstances.
• ACP Designs material that has frozen or is past the 1-year manufacture date.
• ACP Designs does not warrant products for uses other than those intended.
• The buyer and user assume the risk of any failure, injury, death, or liability resulting from the handling, storage, or use of this product, whether or not it is handled, stored, or used in accordance with the directions or specifications.
• ACP Designs does not authorize any agent or representative to make any changes or guarantees concerning ACP Designs materials.
